Do you ship to my country, and how long will it take?

Shipping destinations:

  • Currently, we ship worldwide to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

 

Shipping times:

  • Currently, most orders arrive within 3 weeks of the purchase date, but some may take up to 4 weeks depending on location and other factors.
What forms of payment do you accept?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards  and Debit Cards.

 

Please note that an additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Can I track my orders?

Of course! We offer order tracking with every order purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number after checkout.

I made a mistake on my order, how do I change it?

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. Please take the extra precaution to ensure all your T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted!

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your purchase.

What's the return policy?

We want you to love your OLORO product(s). Period.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email contact@oloro.co within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for instructions on how to return your item(s) for a full refund.

  • Returns must be in original condition. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
